German Meatballs

4 lbs. hamburger

2 lbs. sausage

4 lbs. onions, chopped

garlic salt



dash of dry mustard

Jack's Gourmet Seasoning

Combine hamburger, sausage, seasoning, and 3/4 of onions. Form meatballs approx. 1" in diameter or slightly larger. Place remaining chopped onions in bottom of pot. Add meatballs and fill with water to cover. Bring to boil and cook until done. A good way to test if you have enough seasoning is to boil a meatball in a pan of water.
